Most banks and processors consider these businesses in a high-risk category. Instead, we recognize that, in fact, these are good, solid businesses. Therefore, we created a Business to Business program that is the most attractive in the industry, with the most competitive discount rates. The discount rate your company will pay is based upon your estimated average ticket and sales volume.

One of the requirements of accepting purchasing, procurement, or the GSA SmartPay card is that your terminal or software prompt for Level II or Level III data. We will provide you with a program that will automatically prompt for all the required data.

What are the differences between Level I, Level II, and Level III data?

LEVEL I (Consumer cards) is a standard credit card purchase transaction, and offers the following information:

Supplier Name
Total purchase amount
Date
Merchant Category Code

LEVEL II (Corporate cards) adds the following additional information about each purchase:

Sales tax amount
Customer code (a.k.a. accounting code)

LEVEL III (Procurement/Purchase cards/Corporate Cards) adds the following full line-item detail to the data in Level II:

Quantities
Product codes
Product descriptions
Costs
Ship to zip
Freight amount
Duty amount
